Use Microsoft Word or Works Word Processor and then Insert the Piccy into a blank document and it should be A4.0

Im gonna be a pain but do you know what size A4 would be? I tried it in 800x600 last night but it cut a a letter off on the right side0

if you paste the picture into microsoft word, it wouldnt matter on the defenition as you can resize it to A4. if you click on file and then page setup. alter the margins to something like 1.5 once you have pasted the picture just stretch it to fit the page0

i will go try it now0
