HSBC £20 bonus for opening credit card?

I applied for the HSBC card over the Easter weekend which offered a £20 credit into the account.
After much to-ing and fro-ing I got the card but no sign yet of the £20.
Anyone any idea when this will be paid & how?

It is due to be credited to the card account balance by 30th June. Some Online Savings account customers have reported getting their cashbacks on that product in the last day or so - so keep checking your CC balance - I am sure it will be there, as promised, within the next week......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0
