Paypal Unauthorised Transaction

in Credit cards
Someone has made an unauthorised payment of $19.99 from my Paypal account using card details stored in it (only the last 4 digits of the card are stored, not the full number).
I've changed my password and security details, and opened up a dispute with Paypal, the transaction has now appeared on my (unused) Priority Club Rewards Visa Card (plus a 34p foreign exchange fee).
Should I also report it to the CC company as an unauthorised transaction, or leave it to paypal to sort? I don't think the card will need cancelling as no-one has got the full 16 digit number; the next statement date isn't until 4th January so it's a while before it needs paying.
I've seen sense and removed the stored card details from my paypal account!

Just make an unauthorized transaction request if paypal dont do anything make a charge back request with the bank but because you already used and have your details stored with paypal it might be harder depending i think.0

I have had this happen to me and I put in a dispute into Paypal and the money was returned to my account within the hour.
Someone got hold of my login details and had gone it and made a transaction of about $50 then filed the transaction so it didn't show up on the listing.
I tracked down the person (or at least his online name) and found a website with hundreds of PayPal login details. I downloaded them and sent them all to Paypal. I love fighting back sometimes! :rotfl:MFW 2009 Challenge - Member #166£6000 to overpay in 2009 / £6000 Paid0 -
Cheers Guys,
Think I'll just leave it paypal to sort, the payment won't be due until mid January, so plenty of time yet, although paypal say it could take up to 30 days to refund my card! :eek:0
