Morgan Computer Shop -Grrrr!

My husband ordered a netbook from them a few weeks ago as a Christmas present for our daughter. They took the money from his account almost immediately. He waited for a couple of weeks and nothing was delivered, so contacted them. Oh sorry, seems to have been a problem with the delivery we'll send out another. Meanwhile on the website the prices goes up dramatically.

Another week goes by and nothing arrives. I phoned on Friday and was told it was with the courier and would definitely be there Monday. So I take the day off work and wait...........................
Got fed up of waiting, I've work to do and places to go so I phoned again. Out of stock and order will not be honoured. Money not yet in my bank account so no funds to replace it. So basically they've realised they can get more for this netbook than we paid and decided to sell it to other people at the higher price, lied to me and kept our money for a month.

Is there anything I can do other than fume and wait for the refund? :mad:

Oh and at no point did they contact us to say what was happening and their customer services were very rude.
