Letter from NatWest

Thoughts on this please....
I received a letter last week from NatWest asking me to contact my branch on an 0845 number and not to worry as there is not a problem with my account. All that is fine, I will ring them in due course...
My main concern was the letter itself...
It came in an envelope (obviously) and the paper it was on was a pain sheet of paper, no letterhead, no mention of the word NatWest, the only reason I knew it was from them was the address on the letter.
Should I complain about this, or just shut up!!! To me it seems very unprofessional to send a letter from a major bank on a plain piece of paper and not even mention the company name, the only reason I checked the address was because I recieved a statement the same day and matched the address with that.

It sounds like someone forgot to change the paper in the printer.
All letters from banks should be on letterhead.
Alls they will do is apologise and may offer to re issue the letter on letterhead if you have any doubts of its legitimacy.
Its only a letter to contact them for a review (sales pitch to sell you a loan etc)Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -
I had one sometime back, (last year sometime), and basically they wanted to try and sell me account services i.e. advantage etc....
I told them I was not impressed and not to write to me in that manner again, except when they wrote they didn't include the bit about it was nothing to worry about so naturally I was
up to you how you handle it, but I think if they really want to review your account and try and sell you additional services they should be upfront and use proper headed paper just my opinion for what its worth....2007 £1749
2008 £291.99
2009 JanMasscara £7.00 Feb megcabot books x 2 £20 XFactor tkts x 2 £58.00 (couldn't go though as they only phoned on day :-( ) foundation £7.99
total so far for 09 £92.990 -
Natwest aren't particularly professional in sending out letters. I have received a cheque book from them before in an envelope with a handwritten address and no stamp or franking on it! I had to pay to collect it from the sorting office!0
