  • I work at Morrisons and we are not all that bad lol.

The problem with the SEL is that we are not allowed to remove them even when an offer is temporarily out of stock, this is the managers rule because he says the stock will be back soon. The mis-charging is also been recognised and there are now 3 checks a day, rather than 1, to ensure the correct offers are displayed in the correct places.

Must just be your store then, cos at our store (an ex-Safeway store) if the product is out of stock, and a different product has been put in place to fill the gap, then the POS/SEL always gets taken down or turned round so you cannot see the offer.

Got two receipts to take back to Ellesmere Port Morrisons for refund.
Got charged for 2 loaves at 77p - only bought one. And a complete c-up on 18 wicker hanging baskets I got ( reduced from £3.99 to £1.98), don't know what the cashier did but didn't check rcpt till I got home - totally wrong. Did ring the store and was told I would get a refund. Next time I'll take calculator with me!!

Please someone tell me what SEL stands for? I know what it is - shelf price - but what is S..E..L??
    Not usually thick - honest!!:o
:grouphug: A smile, a 'please' and a 'thank you' cost nothing
