I received a coffe maker the other day but the quality wasn't good as a vital switch was missing. However I've returned it and reordered with a gift code for a telephone so I'll just wait and see what thats like. I have ordered from Empire in the past and they always seem to refund your money with no hassle but it can take a week or so.:rotfl:

I made two separate orders 2 weeks ago (to take advantage of two different codes) - I also needed some new clothes. Have been waiting since then for the stuff to arrive. This contrasts sharply (and unfavourably) with Screwfix who deliver next day!

Then last night I got an email from Empire to say the free airbed had been returned to the warehouse, apparently at my request! However, it hadn't even been delivered! Having had no response to my email enquiries regarding delivery time I eventually phoned (using their 0870 number :-( ) and was told that their delivery driver for my area had stopped working and so all my goods had been returned to the warehouse!

Why they couldn't have sent an email to tell me that I don't know. Definitely won't be ordering from them again. Shoddy beyond belief.

it was very limited instructions,but mine has stopped working ,i cannot dial any numbers ,the worst free gift i have had so far from empire.
as for ajusting the phone it was most of the buttons on the left hand side,u hold the top one down for a few secs,then scroll through to ajust.
