Are you entering two different codes or just the one? I'm not sure if they'll accept more than one code per order.

Hi kiera123, its one of the codes listed by the OP, Free 10 piece steam cleaner plus £10.00 off a £20.00 spend, from what it looks like its one code for both benefits, but only the £10 discount shows up??

I've just tested the code myself, and it seems to take £10 off the total amount and then lists "STEAMCLEAN WELCOME THANK YOU" under the free gift(s) you will receive section. I guess if that is not showing up for you, it's possible you might not receive it.

I've been trying to register with Empirestores but they keep asking me for a customer reference number which I do not have?!
I have ordered a t-shirt from them but paid via CC, and have email confirmation but no customer number that I can see!
Where am I supposed to get this from?!

You'll receive it with your order. You could try phoning to ask what it is as well, I imagine.

I am sorry to say that no one explain the full procedure that
to get free gift you have to register as new customer or have to login as existing customer,
and in which section what code you have to enter
or one code how many time can be entered
or how many time you can get free gift etc
I hope someone will explain properly to get rid of all this confusion.

Some codes are for existing customers only, but I think all the ones in this thread should be available to both new and existing.

I believe you can use each code up to three times each (three separate orders) but they will often restrict you to just one use of the code.

I tend to enter all codes in the order code box unless I'm specifically told to enter it elsewhere.

It really is annoying but you do not get your customer number until your first order arrives, its on the invoice, if you ring and ask for it they can t give it you. I found that the if I registered as a new customer each time I ordered until I got this number, they did eventually put all the orders into one account. You do not have to be an existing customer to get these free gifts, just make sure they show up on screen before you press CONFIRM ORDER. If you are an exisiting customer and have an account number, you put the free gift number in where you login I think it asks you for number, email address and then any codes. If you are having to register as a new customer each time cos you do not yet have your number, put code under gift code box after you have entered name addess, dod etc. Hope this helps. I have had the free portable black and white telly and I have ordered the matress.

Thanks.........just used the airbed code, ordered a bra for £3.49 in the sale and invoice shows the airbed/pump bargain! (used the £10 code on an order before, bought the same bra then, really good too, and wanted another, especially at that bargain price!) and I almost bought a double airbed in Tescos the other day for £11.97....glad I never now! lol
