Credit card solution to pay off debt?

Hi, as posted in the debt forum, I am currently in the process of obtaining settlement fees to pay off my creditors (approx 2k) I plan to do this by paying it on a credit card and then paying off a single credit card bill over a few months, so cutting out 4 seperate interest charges and debt management fees.
I do not plan to use this card for any other purpose and do not plan on continuing it once I have paid in full.
Could anyone suggest the best credit card for this purpose?

What is you're credit rating like? Do you pay your bills on time and don't have any defaults or ccj's? If so go for a cc that has a low apr or even an introductory 0% offer on purchases.0
