PPC - A Novel Approach?

A PPC who is willing to name and shame fellow PPC's it judges to be breaking the rules?

If you don't believe me, take a look here
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

  • Just the page you linked to has lots of errors.
    Within legislation What legislation
We are a approved operator of BPA
Governing bodies? BPA do not accept complaints from public.
Strikes me they only want to shaft the others to get more business.
    Going to appeal page.
Payment with appeal, right that's all appeal failures then.
Original ticket, good we have the proof we gave you a ticket.
SAE, good we don't have to spend £2.50 with the dvla.
I can't be bothered to check further, the above sums them up.
However for amusement I wonder who can find the PPC with the most errors and bovine excrement on their website, don't bother with the ugliest site--that belongs to UK-pcn. They win hands down.
~Maybe we could have our own Awards nite.
    Worst web site---UK-PCN.
Most useless site for the public--thats got to be the BPA
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

I'd be more impressed if they'd actually named anyone

Even so that company is not whiter-than-white ( just name one PPC who is)

For a start they go on about disabled/P&C spaces as though they laws are being broken and they can go after drivers who break their "rules".

I am afraid that "name and shame" is just a load of window dressing to make them look legitimate, when they are not.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Offenders should note that before making an appeal, that all offending vehicles are photographed by digital camera, which is date and time stamped showing the offence committed.
Photographs are for internal use and will only be passed over to a specialist debt collection agency and used as prosecuting evidence in any court case against you. WE DO NOT SUPPLY THIS EVIDENCE TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC

    Offenders? Offences? Prosecuting evidence?

They're no better than any of the others.
  • Nice to see the pics would include the driver I assume.

It's like Bill Sykes publishing a list of other law-breakers, totally meaningless.

  • They'll be asking to see your driving license next. LOL.

I wouldn't put it past some scam PPC websites to say they can get points put on your driving licence or send you for a re-test, LOL!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
