...... and an old Irish cure, rub Vicks on the soles of your feet and then put socks on and stay in bed .....it works (honest!!):A

I only heard about the Vicks cure yesterday (courtesy of a listener to Radio 2's Sarah Kennedy show) and tried it last night... wow! what a difference! From feeling like death warmed up, I slept for 8 hours solid and woke up feeling almost human! I am now a 'Vicks on your feet' convert!

poor !!!!!! - here's an easy to read list.

drink a yogurt drink to line your gut.

    then take - 300mg ibuprofen
    1000mg paracetamol

hot lemon with crushed 3" cube of ginger, whole crushed garlic clove,
and as much honey as needed to get this tasting ok.

You'll feel half human if you have this as soon as you get up. takes about half an hour to start working.

Light a oil burner with these very cheap effective oils -

    10 drops tea tree
    10 drops eucalyptus
bit of whatever smells nice to you
top up with water and light flame.

Yup, vicks on the feet works. eucalyptus is a seriously fab way to feel like you can breathe again, it will cool your airways.

Feel for you chap, hope you feel loads better asap and you have a lovely christmas relaxing and recovering. Perhaps your lovely lady wouldnt mind being florence nightingale for a bit. I'm off for some antibiotics for my wisdom tooth now...:D
