we had duck the other week - our butcher gave us a great tip. save the fat (and there was loads) in a jam jar and keep in the fridge. it makes the most delicious roast potatoes I've ever tasted.weaving through the chaos...0

Honestly, dont bet on it! Its not difficult to make at all .
If you do a search on here, youll find me discussing it about :eek: three years ago.
I now make it regularly, using the same tricks I used then . the only prob is tha tOH has high cholestrol nad we are not allowed duck much but once in a while...... :A:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most?
