Has Three broken our terms of agreement -

Options
Hello there,

I'd appreciate some advice please.
I renewed my contract with three mobile on 4th November and part of the deal was that I'd receive a voucher for a tidy sum for an electronics store within 40 day's.

I have not yet received the voucher (today is the 48th day from November 4th) and after three phone calls they called me back to check my address as they said they have had my last bill returned to them, and that this might be the issue with the voucher. The CSA then read out my correct address (without prompting from me) and so I don’t understand how there could have been an issue.

My real gripe is that I was relying on this voucher for Christmas presents and it now looks like I wont have it in time (or at best last minute).

My question therefore is have three broken the terms of agreement for me renewing my contract (i.e. I would receive the voucher within 40 days) and if so can I use this as grounds to terminate my contract?

Thank you for your consideration.
