Right now i have counted the money i have in my tin so i can keep a check to make sure i am deffo putting £1 per day in. I have £5.56. Now it is in a sealed tin and i shall just count the change i put in everyday to keep a running total. Also have put a calender on the front so i can tick each day off. Thanks to whoevers idea that was. Sorry i cant remember your name.
Thanks for all the hints and good luck everyone.

<whispers> I managed to steam two stamps off letters that I have received that haven't been franked, so that's 78p saved.....and transferred into my savings account. </end of whispers>

    I see you've got £12 already....can I have some of yours? :D:beer:

    I've been Money Tipped!
I've just had to rescue my savings! Lack of change meant I put a £5 note into the pringles tube (taking me up to Tuesday) but this made the pringle tube lightweight and seemingly empty! yes I just had to rummage in the bin for it!

NowI'm going to be putting the money into a china piggy bank!

:T Finally got my tub up and running!! First £1 went in today.I put a calendar around the tub to mark off the days so i can see when i need to catch up.Felt great marking off the first day.I can see this is gonna become very addictive, much like the sealed pot challenge.
