We always have scallops with Bacon (and a drop of Bucks Fizz to start the day off with a fizz)
Thanks to all who post comps :A :T
  • I lurve a plain croissant (or two) spread with blackcurrent jam and then spread on top with a dollop of thick greek strained yoghurt.

Mmm. Sort of like a cream tea adapted for breakfast.

I do realise that his might not be to everyone's taste....

Scallops and bacon sounds tempting! DH will not entertain anything that isn't hot and luxurious :rotfl:

we'll just have a plain old bacon sausage and egg sandwich, made with the good stuff off the deli counter and a nice farmhouse loaf!

I like a full English or a croissant filled with bacon and cheese or bacon and egg. Alternatively, I enjoy scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on wholemeal toast. Mind you, we don't have Christmas dinner until late (about 7pm) and never have the full blow out turkey and then Christmas pud. We usually have a fillet of beef, so it is lighter than a traditional Christmas meal.
  • We don`t have brekkie, never get time as we are always far too excited with kids, pressies and getting ready to go out hahaha!!
Plus if you saw my parents xmasd dinner there is would be no room lol x

Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?

  • My husband is making pancakes on Christmas morning with a blueberry and maple syrup sauce - Yum!
When I was a kid, my family would always have a bacon buttie on Christmas morning. I've never seen my dad so keen to make breakfast!
