Same company second card

Question if you applying 2 cards from same provider.

suppose: if i have mastercard by barclays which they gave the limit of £1000 and if i apply for the visa card with the barclays ,what are the chances how much they will set my limit , same like master card or they will do some variation.

depends whta total 'exposure' of a credit limit over the 2 cards there credit department wants to give you. Call up there credit dept and ask them in advance they may be able to shed some light on it.

i have two barclaycards and i had can increase the limit on one card if i decrease the other by the same amount at any time. Any increase over the total credit exposure and barclaycard would have to refer to their credit increase team/processes
