Hi! From the blinkbox site, when you've downloaded the movie can you burn it onto a disc? if so how? thanks in advance for any help given.:j
:) That would be too easy! All their vids. are DRM protected, so no burning is really allowed , nor is transfering to mobile equipment like Ipod or the like.

However, you never know...It's worth tryin'

Are you using WMP 10/11 to play them? Only WMP 10/11 can play the videos, and you'll be prompted upon opening them in WMP to enter your email address and password that you used on blinkbox.

Do you have the latest codecs on your PC? Just do a google search for k-lite codec pack and download and install, this should give you all the codecs you should need.

Do you have the latest DRM software on your PC? Visit MS website, and you should be able to find latest DRM software for download.

    Hope that helped. :)

You see! That's why I prefer to "purchase" them and watch them online whenever I want. Instead of all that hassle of trying to find what fit what... . I guess it depends on one's connection...

  • Hmmmm, i've clicked on the box, registered and the like but found no place not download/buy it, help would be much appreciated:)
  • Thanks for the codes, a great money saver :)
You can always save the films you've downloaded to a external hard drive if you wanted and that will save space on your pc.
    Thanks again.

That's why "Streaming" has been invented :)

Try it! it works and it saves you the hassle of creating space on your CPU or laptop!

Make sure you "purchase" movies instead of "renting" them...so that you can stream that whenever you feel like starting by whenever you stopped each time! So cool!:j

Besides you can even adjust the quality depending on your broadband speed !

You'll have to give out the quality in that case...eh it's still watchable though!:)

I would advise to purchase them and if you come across a better speed...guess what? it's in your library now!!!!:T

PS: I like your signature :)

Thank you- for the help and the compliment. :D

I'll give it a go- the nearest I come to trying is watching iplayer- but that's a total pain with the speed.
