balance transfer or not???

I currently have 2995 on my lloydstsb gold card but i want to transfer it to a card what offers la low life of balance. I wont be using the card again for purchases, i just want a low inrterest rate so i can pay it back quicker and possibly reduce my monthly amount i pay now.
Is there a card what does not charge you for transfering and also is there a card what allows me to transfer all the amount in full and not just 95% of it. I would rather clear it all off ready to strat on new card.

You could go for one of the charity cards run by Halifax which are supposedly offer fee free balance transfers for 9 months, but many board have problems with them as Halifax customer service doesn't seem to know what they are doing and have charged customer the usual 2% fee. Other than that, you could do a Post Office card at 6 months again with no fee. Plus do your application through quidco and get £13 for the benefit!!

thanks for that info but what is quidco?? and also do u think the post office card would let me transfer all the 2995?
