What's the best thing to fillo it with? Currently it just has a blanking plate which is kind of boring. I could get a memory card reader with e-sata socket thing, anything else interesting out there?

Isn't there a black cover already in the space which hides the metal plate. And the mutli card reader is to big for the floppy drive bay.0

Why would you need 4 adjustable cooling fans? One would be enough!0

lol if you're determined to fill it and hunt hard enough i'm sure there are several gimmicky but largly useless control panels you could pop in....
here's one that lets you install expensive multi coloured lighting inside your PC and have it glow different colours on demand... only for 5.25" bays on this site but.....

or if we're staying vaguely sensible a 3.5" card reader might be more use (esp if you have a spare USB set of input pins on your motherboard), you seem to get several combining card readers, eSATA and USB in different combinations too...
other options include bays that'd let you insert and remove 2.5" hard drives with/without caddies
alternatively I have a soundblaster X-Fi card with front panel that can fit either 3.5" or 5.25" drives (former sheds 2 front inputs)..... looks quite good and is actually useful having a volume knob there but depends on -a- whether you need a shiny high end £120 sound card or- b- want to go buy one just to have something to put in the front of your PC.
