Woohoo, I am so pleased with myself and all of you for doing so well.
I bet all the Mum and Dad banks must be gob-smacked to actually see they're money again - it must be great to hand over the dosh and shift that guilty weight off the mind too. Nice one!Mortgage

I don't know.a girl doesn't get on here for 24 hours and huge amounts of money get paid off!:rotfl::j
Seriously though I think the way people are getting these debts busting is fantastic - we had a couple of people off the starting line (hawkofeagles and phoenix_dragon) - so :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T to them! Others are still teetering and I hope they come back and let us know any payments made! We want to get the payments made percentage up please folks!
Speaking of which I thought I was doing so well at being over 5% paid so far but certain people are over 10% - I do hope you people will stick with the challenge and start the "saving for the Olympics" instead!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Hi again Dragon. Since clearing my debts in "Debt free in 2009" I've signed up to the biggest debt of my (and Mr Clearing's) life - a mortgage. Now, the mortgage will by no means be clear by July 2012(!) BUT we would like to have paid £10,000 off the capital, so could you put this as my target please?
According to my mortgage spreadsheet, we should have paid £7,580 by then, but we'd like to make overpayments to bring it down.Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0
