  • Hi everyone,

Congratulations for reducing your debts. Some really big inroads being made :)

Unfortunately another month for me with zero movement. The amount owed is going down on most of my debts but my Halifax bill is going up due to relocation costs etc. Maybe next month :(

  • Lots of lovely payments being made. Well done everyone. :j

After a couple of months off I think I am gingerly worming my way back to joining you.

I have made a payment of £129.50. See my sig but this makes my total paid £5096.44 and my percentage at 28.8%.

We have plans afoot to start making some very big overpayments over the next few months (instead of overpaying our mortgage). This could potentially make me debt free by June ish next year! We'll see.

Hoping you're ok Dragon. Come back when you can. xx

    Hi All

My paid off total is now at £5300, so my total is below £10,000 it may be less now, but I havemn't worked out my loan balance yet, but it is definitely below this barrier, I am on my way to being debt free by June 2011!

    Hi people

I haven't been around for ages and only just got back to reading the thread in the past week. :(

I've had a few unexpected expenses and then a holiday (which was very needed and really enjoyable).

Managed to move some CC debts around onto 0% deals. Finally realised that what I've been trying to do for so long is make big payments (well big for me anyway) off my CCs and then I don't have enough cash in my current account to pay for things during the month. Hence I then have to put something on a CC!!!

So... I've decided to reduce my CC payments for a few months so I can try and get a bit of cashflow going again. Seems like a good idea to me. What do you think?

Anyway, total debt is now £3,479.75 so I've gone backwards a bit since my last post. But total is still lower than when I joined :)
