I would think that the cleansers and make-up would be fine but the moisturisers might be a bit rich for young skin and she certainly won't need P&P yet!

Any news on stocks at metrocentre, or eldon square for the pending sales.
called in Durham arnison yesterday and it was down to 2 ailses at the back near the toys, ted baker mens,fcuk, snactuary gifts, no S&G or No.7.

The choice is yours, but I would go for the 17 range /Front Cover/Chilli pepper / ted baker/ that sort of thing. For a 13 year. She may think that No7 is a bit too grown up for her . Hope this helps.

All this excitment about the sale is it isnt it tmrw is killing me lol.

I havent managed to find much stock anywhere in the Glasgow area. Braehead had lots of chilli bags gardening stuff xmas paper and such like but nothing of much interest. No toys or no7 or soap and glory.

They did have quite a lot of perfume sets left but im not sure if these go in the 75% sale though.

Just spoke to st enoch centre and asked about the seperate shop they had with this years gifts and they told me the store is closed now and they have nothing left :-(

I got loads from their last year.

Any other glasgow bootsers seen anything in any other stores please?

Arghh, it's making me bad now!!!

Still, am going to go up town at 7.45am ready for its opening at 8am. Even if there is no activity at least I'm up and out of bed.

I swapped my weds shift especially as well!! :eek:

I spoke to a SA in Boots, Shandwick Place in Edinburgh this morning while looking at the sale shelf. I asked when the 75% sale was starting and he said it had been postponed for a week, as they are hoping to maximise sales of the existing stock:-(

Maybe just locally though, so check for yourselves.

Just phoned all the stores in Blackpool and Preston and have been told the same information.They have changed the date of the sale.It was suppose to be Wednesday but the have cancelled and not given a new date as yet

I think I'm going to take a walk down to both the boots here about 5ish to see if there is an activity...At least with the Hatbox there was a definate countdown, I feel like we're all hanging by a thread! I'll check on here when i get up in the morning to see if the online went 75% but even then I'll prob come into town just to check for myself, I'd be gutted if I didn't and I missed it

I can't see some stores starting it tomorrow and others stores waiting a week

My boyf thinks I've gone totally mental and beyond the point of a healthy obsession with boots...I'm sad to say i think he might be right!:p

Argh! If i stay up until the wee hours and the online sale doesn't happen I'll be so upset. With 2 small children sleep is not something I like to waste without good reason!!
My problem is pretty much all of my friends and family either got Soap and Glory or Body Shop stuff for Christmas so not sure I can really give many smellies as presents through this year anyway! Yet still I want to buy stuff, argh!!
