LOL - I don't believe this!!! I had an order worth £67. After 80 million attempts to get it to accept any kind of payment (I was quite happy to offer myself to Mr B if I'm being honest!!!) my basket is now worth £1.25. I have to laugh, because I'd really like to cry.

Managed to get my irder through of 3 things,took over an hour, you just have to be really patient !

Me too. From a basket with almost £100 of items I am now down to £9 odds and I still can't get my order completed. Never ever again.

Edited to say I have now GIVEN UP. Basket went down to one sodding cupcake at 82p so not even attemting to check out that. Not a good start to the day apart from the fact I've sat and typed out 12 invoices in between hitting F5 so at least I've achieved something.

Thats 2 hours I have been constantly refreshing payment page, have tried paypal and card payment and never get beyond that page. Think thats me had enough.

Me too!! I got to the delivery confirmation (after it's already asked you where you want it delivered - why bloody bother confirming it? I chose it!) and busy page now.....

I have given up and I have complained to Customer Care at Boots and told them what I thought too - I am another customer who will never shop with Boots online again. A complete shambles to say the least.

I HAVE HAD NO SLEEP, I JUST WANTED A FEW THINGS FOR LITLEN.
