at last...... after over an hour and having probs with paypal site when hitting pay now it has gone through.......note 2 self...NEVER AGAIN!! no point going 2 sleep now so will have bath.put in make up and hope 2 hide the baggy eyes and then get 2 boots 4 doors opening.GOOD LUCK 2 U ALL AND HOPE U GET WHAT U WANT..........U R WORTH IT!XX

Set alarm for 2.45 a.m. Stayed up till 3.45 no response. Just got up to go to actual sale and I see Boots have excelled themselves again. Why have they not updated their website as this happened last year aswell. Glad I did not stay up all night and hope everyone manages to get something today.:j

Yep got as far as page 4 then threw me out. This is not good. Im full of cold, sore throat & sleep deprived, really do not fancy going in to Town 4miles away when my little ones at playschool feeling like this but don't think i'm going to get far, the sites only going to get busier as people start getting up & looking before work/school run.

Just placed my order but it charged me free next day delivery when I chose free and it ingored the code I put in for the 500 points.

When I phone up in a bit - gonna be so cross and moody with people on phone but not my fault - I been kept waiting all night!!!

Oh you just have to send them that in an email complaint! It is so true.

I am giving up now, the items I most wanted have gone out of stock whilst I can't access my basket. Like most of the others I got to the check out stage and then it crashed. I am going to write an email complaint too and will be telling them that I will be shopping elsewhere the rest of the year not just at sale time.

It is probably true that they don't actually care as long as they sell the products but they surely need customers the rest of the year too and this sale fiasco is putting customers off. The website isn't good at normal times of the year so it hasn't got a hope at sales time.

Ok Mr BOOTS! I've had it! Stayed up until 1am waiting for site to come up, woke up every hour to try and get an order through. Been up since 5.30 trying this stupid site and it's still not working. You have 10 minutes to take my order before I get ready to go into your stores in town and if one of your SA gets in my way............

Lol, this is all getting very serious now. There had better not be a queue when I get to the big store....
