Boots after-Christmas sales - 75% off now over?

Same happened to me on my order. I went instore to have a look and none of the items I had ordered were there - really annoyed:mad:
I also do not think there will be much stock around my area for 75& off as shelves very empty already and on the several occasions I have been in no more stock was being added.

I ordered Xmas eve for delivery to the local store. I had confirmation & also had e-mail confirmation to collect the item on Thursday. Due to New Year's events I went to the shop this morning: the parcel isn't there & staff have no idea where it is! Not helped by it being very icy this morning - for the first time since mid December. Off to phone CS :mad:

well, what a waste of time. Looks like Boots system is as carp as M&S...
CSA suggests that shop made a mistake & pressed the wrong button: as the order (placed 24/12/09) is not technically due till 6/1/10 I should just wait till then & check with the shop if I want. i'm assured the young man will make 'detailed notes' of my complaint (yeah, right ...just like all the missing hat boxes!)

There doesn't seem to be a way unfortunately. The item code showing in my favourites is 3308219 but when I add it to Quickshop it isn't recognised and will only add to basket through the favourites link.

You could try phoning Customer Services though

I have emailed them with a complaint - lets see if I get anywhere :rolleyes: You'd think a huge company like Boots would have a better online system.

anyone still looking for more soap and glory sets i managed to pick up the peace de resistance set this after in boots in sudbury suffolk. For anyone close enough there were still about 8 left. Added to the ones I ordered on Christmas Eve I now have a large stash all for free as they lost my 2 hat boxes and gave me a refund and 4000 points so really happy.
