Boots after-Christmas sales - 75% off now over?

does anyone know when the 75% sale starts at Boots - don't want to miss it, thanks

I called into Boots when I wen to collect my reservation from Jessops and I managed to get another s&g plane jane gift set :j I grabbed it when I saw it sitting on the shelf between lots of ted baker items. Boots in Middlesbrough still had a lot of stock including the Lancome Juicy Tubes which are now just over a tenner ... these usually sell out before xmas so I can't believe they still have them

Picked up my order from boots ,
One lady had the green eyed envy when she saw my bargains , especially the sanctury stuff , as the man was taking them out the box
oh and I got the baileys icecream maker :jit was sold out on the website , but a lady was just going to put it on the shelf ,
I shouted , ooooh i will have one of those , and took it out of her hand ,
Hubbie was sooo pleased as he really wanted one .
there was a fair bit of stock being un packed ,
i really wanted a look around , but OH was being a bit :rolleyes: saying aint you got enough bargains :rotfl:

I was so excited today when in Boots, my husband passed me a soap and glory giftset that had been bashed about a bit. I got very excited until I got to the till and realised it was a full price one. I couldn't bring myself to buy it at that price, oh well nevermind

Got my Christmas Eve online order delivered today, 1 Dior pure poison giftset, 1 Dior Midnight Poison giftset, but Ghost Deep night out of stock, which is a bit disappointing but still saved £30 on perfume only price on the Dior's so all in all happy.

I'm so pleased I picked up Harajuku Lovers Baby perfume (snow bunny edition) 10ml for £6.25 instead of £12.50
glad I decided to wait till after Christmas.

:mad: I just got a call from Boots to say my order didn't go through! I placed an order on Xmas eve and then emailed them when I didn't get a confirmation email and it wasn't showing in my order history. I got a reply to say my order had been placed. I emailed them again today when it still wasn't showing and got a call back to say order did not go through! I ordered a sanctuary set and a s&g plain jane set but both are out of stock now. Not happy!

I would call and complain, asking them to see if the stock is in any local store and if not I'd point out that had they told you it was out of stock in the first place you could reorder. Perhaps they will give you a few points for your trouble -- it won't make up for not getting the items, but it might make you feel a little better.
