    I'm going back th sw tomorrow night
    OH and i lost 11 stone between us in 2007/8 took a year off but have put on 17 lb so am on a mission to get it off again and more

    DONT be scared. SW is so much easier than WW. I was with WW for 14 months (10 years ago) and lost 19lbs. was so tough back then. I joined SW on 27th July 2009, and up to now have lost 4 stone and a half pound!!!!!!! whoop whoop!
