I'm going to Vic centre first tomorrow (should be there around 8.20 I think) - but I have a list that I'm sticking to (well, thats the plan) so I don't think I need to be in more than one aisle.
I plan to get to get to broadmarsh for opening at 8, hopefully I'll be able to get everything there, if not it'll be up to vic center. I'm also sticking to a list otherwise I'll just go crazy. My boyf said you're only going to buy the things you want rather than buying everything because it's cheap aren't you, he knows me so well!*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -
Hi Wondering if anyone who has been to previous sales instore knows if the stores usually stick to their usual opening time. My local store is 9am but worried i go at 9 and they opened earlier for the sale.
Hi AliKate, and any more BSVs out there (Boots Sale Virgins)! The store should open at its usual time, but there is no "should" or "will" as far as Boots is concerned!
When the online site crashes, as it surely will, there is absolutely no way of knowing when there will be a cyber space slot for you to try again, so don't despair, and throw things at the grinning couple!
Good luck to everybody. :j I was determined that I didn't need or want anything, and had an empty basket - till about an hour ago! But that's what Bootsing is all about.
So for those souls braving the shops, tighten yer buttocks, and get ready for the off, and for those shopping online, I hope it's a good night!

I was there on Saturday and they had loads left, such as the No 7 gift set (the one that was £60), Gok gift sets, Ruby and Millie minature brushes, chocolates. Lots of Sanctuary and Boots Extracts gift sets too. Sadly no Soap and Glory though.0 -
BTW, it's a good idea to have some sort of shoulder bag, worn across your body like a school satchel, and only put the bare minimum in it, and have points coupons in an envelope, so you're not scrabbling about for things.
