Booked a couple of hours leave last wed - now I have again this wed both to catch the sale instore and now - now I hear it may be tomorrow - noooooo!!!!! I think I may just well give up shortly - if it happens tomorrow - it happens - my leave is booked - I will go on Wed and if I am too late - then so be it - Mr Boots you are a naughty man - messing us ladies about - snow or no snow!!! Humph!!

I really don't think it will be tomorrow i called a store tonight and they were trying to be really secretive but they said definitely not tuesday... something to do with the offers changing over...

I know it is so frustrating, I have a meeting at 9.15 so could be there for 8 as long as que isnt too long could make it back to work and out for meeting. Hoping that it does go online first then at least we will know it is on before leaving the house.

For those of you who have done the boots sale dash before has it always been a wednesday it starts? Im sure I saw someone say it was always a wednesday.

There seems ot be someone each day saying Ive heard its tomorrow, so Im thinking it probably will be weds as suspected. Guess we will know for deff if the website goes to 75% tonight? It will have to go offline at midnight first wont it?

I am hanging on to the glimmer of hope that it IS going to be Wed, and that some boots staff have been told "we are doing the 75% sale on Tues" meaning that they are doing all the prep so it is ready for opening on Wed - I hope lol!!

Although I am sure that I read on here that last Wednesday it went off line at 12 and some people thought it was on then came back a few hours later still 1/2 price! Think someone playing tricks! Do you think Mr Boots and Co have a good old laugh reading this forum!

It was definately a wednesday last year

As far as I remember it has always been a wednesday as that's the day their promotions change. My local also has signs in the window and doors saying that the 50% sale has been extended to Tuesday 19th January. I took this to mean that the 75% sale would therefore start on Wednesday. Praying it's not tomorrow as I have booked wednesday off work!
