Boots after-Christmas sales - 75% off now over?

Hi balletshoes,

My daughter is 11 and she loves the Gwen Stefani Harajuku perfumes mentioned by bellydancer - think she loves the cute bottles as much as the perfume tbh. The other one I have found good for her and for pressies for her friends is the Kylie Minogue one - darling, I think it's called. I was lucky to be able to get that one for just over £5, thanks to the £5 perfume voucher that Boots gave away at the time.

I feel very old now - I am 40 and love the Harajuku perfumes :rotfl: I did get some of the half price ones in the sale though for my daughter and niece for their 12th birthdays then wondered if they were too young but I guess they are not!

I went in both Chapelfield and Castle Mall Boots today and Castle Mall has a far bigger selection,there seemed to be loads of stuff left.I hope it is all still there next Wednesday :j

Well, actually shazzyf, I am 37 and it was MY Harajuku perfume that I had requested for MY birthday that my daughter "stole" and that now lives in her bedroom rather than mine! And I love the design of the bottles just as much as she does! So, we are not old - we are obviously trendy down-with-the kid types and they want to be as cool as us;)!!

Telford Forge Retail had loads of Roary remote control cars, a few Roary whizz watches, lots of Ruby and Millie and some St Tropez sets. There was someone restockinf empty shelves but I didn't see what was going to be on there. I'm aiming for a Roary for my little one and a St Tropez set for my fake tan mad step daughter and that's about it I think this time. Who knows though as last year I had 4 big bags full.

The SA's on the fragrance counters will sometimes give you a few of the old fragrance GWP's if you are spending a reasonable sum of money.
Recently my sister bought some Dior and was given a Hugo Boss bag, two Lacoste towels and a Paul Smith T-shirt.
