Boiler, central heating cover

Hi I need some help

I have recently just forked out to dyno rod to clear a blockage i had manfully tried to find but alas failed. I have decided i need cover that includes:

boiler service
central healting and controls
drains (loos etc)

I don't just want emergency cover, eg a blocked drain is not an emergency unless your loo actually overflows everywhere (??)

What i woudl like is to know who can recommend a good service for example, who can be called if you have 'clanking' in central heating that type of thing.

I recommend finding a good local plumber and putting his number in your phonebook.

And definitely not paying monthly/annually in advance for something you may not need.
