Hey all

I was wondering, is Del finance hard to get accepted for? The reason I ask is I need a new PC, and obviously cant afford one outright, and was considering Dell.

I have had some problems in the past, but recently been accepted for a few credit accounts, all be it easy ones to get. But by now they shoud be reporting green O's....

Any advice would be helpful

It will be dependant on the credit scoring system that any lender uses (they will all be similar). If you can't get Dell finance think about getting a 0% deal on a card if you can but be careful not apply willy nilly as a lot of searches in a short time period will damage your credit rating.

I know what you mean mate, was just hoping for people's input, for example, I have bad credit with a CCJ and I got accepted, or I woudnt bother if you have bad credit history.

I have about 8 searches in 3 months, compared to some people on here that is nothing lol

wouldnt surprise me if there is a swift credit score decline.

Im a dell partner, they can be harsher than hfc.

Put it like this... just over 2 years ago, I applied for Dell finance for a TV and PC. Was accepted for both... and that was with defaults and bankruptcy on my record (discharged, btw).

It did have to go for a referral, but all was good.
