i have tesco finest b & c insurance,will the washing machine catching fire be covered,also i have had to chuck all the washing away

I can't really help but :eek: if my washing machine caught fire when i wasn't right next to it about half my kitchen would go up :eek: never thought of a washing machine as a fire hazard!

good luck, I don't see why they won't pay out, it's quite clear that the faulty machine has caused damage. might be an idea to keep the clothes that were in the machine, or at least photograph them.
