lowell and old O2 phone bills

ok I have received a bill for £22 from lowell ..i know they are scammers!.....I have done a fair bit of research and think this is statute barred, my question is are there any template letters i can use as there is not a credit agreement for phone contracts ..what can i legally request from them..ps. i paid O2 off in full

Whats the point if its Statute Barred?
If the debt is old enough, just send the SB letter and stuff 'em.

It is not illegal to open another persons mail unless you intend to commit fraud - this is frequently incorrectly posted

thanks all ..and yeh i paid them in full, to be honest they phoned me last month trying to sell me a new contractno longer spending a pound to save a penny!0
