Tamarshop (online) money taken nothing received

I ordered goods at the end of November from http://www.tamarshop.co.uk/
and as of yet I have received nothing. On my order it says my items have been dispatched (this was 3 weeks ago) and as of yet I have received nothing. I have emailed the company several times but as of yet I have not received anything back. What should I do now?
