got back my letter from fos they say that nationwide as a goodwill gesture will pay £380 but as they have took at least £200 of my benefit money since being u nfairly dissmissed and had £7000 in charges i can't see how i can accept this as final settlement and as I won my ET case I have some money that will be coming to pay my mortgage.I suppose I will just have to see what oft say in the week. although help
would be much appreciated. Also i would like to wish all who give fair help and support a happy xmas.:rolleyes:

Tuesday's announcement is still not relevant to Financial Hardship cases which should be looked at with or without the FSA Waiver. If they have taken more money since the period of financial hardship began then I think you need to discuss about whether any further increase can be made and if not accept the amount since a rejection gets you absolutely nothing.0
