  • Good afternoon all,

Just swinging by to declare £1 spent on lunch. YUMMY sausage and onion baguette. Definitely worth it, lol. £4.50 to spend tonight on Slimming World (maybe that lunch wasn't such a good idea, hehehe).

I feel for you Pointy on the lunch thing, it's amazing how quickly your budget can disappear on food.

How is everyone else doing? xx

  • I spent £14 at asdas on food bits and pieces as had friends over today

Its amazing how it all adds up as I usually do online shopping but decided I 'needed' some bits to take to a friends for lunch and I just sling things in the basket without thinking.I have food shopping coming tonight but I needed food for today

Im so excited for the new year as I intend to be sooo frugal next year!

  • Well my shopping came last night and was £60.84! I had £61 left so thats a relief!! although I sent some things back (they substituted sausages wrapped in bacon...for chicken nuggets!?! is it me or is that an odd thing to swap for!).although they sent most things I ordered so its not too bad - total has come to £55.84

..........so....£5.16 left for me -although I need to go and get some things which they didnt send

Im going to send Mr C to the shop though as it will be very very busy today!

  • Evening all,

I have now finished work for Xmas :j:j

I have about £5 left of my budget so I am declaring £25 for the week as the rest of the week is Xmas related which is covered elsewhere.

Chuggington girl I do find that swap rather strange what on earth were they thinking?

Spent 85p today on a coffee, so only my dress down payment tomorrow to go, should definitely be in budget, just one more day of work, then a four hour journey to Gloucestershire- have a very happy Christmas all if I don't get back online tomorrow.
