Hi
I am flying to Spain for Christmas with my DS(5). I have some old fashioned caps for a toy gun for my son to take out with us. (the toy gun is already in Spain). My question is, which luggage do i pack the caps in? Hand luggage, hold luggage or can i take them at all?
. Thanks

Given you can't take anything as dangerous as a 150ml plastic bottle then I'd put the caps in the hold.0

I'd put it in the hold luggage. It will save all the panic at Stansted !0

Legally you are not allowed to take them on board an aircraft, regardless of where you pack them as they are an explosive. You could phone the airline and ask, but I don't think you will be allowed to carry them. The same regulations cover Christmas crackers and party poppers - again you are not allowed to take these on a flight either; even in the hold.
