Hi there.
I am selling my house and currently rent a property in london which is tied up untill january next year.
My house should be sold mid to late july / august and i was wondering what would be the best thing to do with the capitol? should i invest it straight into a house and rent that out untill i decided to move in? or should i put it in an ISA or savings account untill january?
what would you people do?
Any help would be appreciated!
Many thanks
Henry

You won't get much into an ISA but every little helps.
Capitalone have a 4.55% instant access savings account at the moment, for some fun I'd always go with £30K in premium bonds although thats best over 12 months or more.
