Silly savings on car insurance

I just had to post what I discovered. I am sure others have found this too - I just couldn't believe it.
If I select "Street" parking of my car at my home's postcode, it is a full 50 pounds cheaper than either "Driveway" OR "Garage". That is just shocking. So I now shall be parking on my Street.
Equally, and this one is clearly known from the tool on this site, a further 50 quid saving by changing occupation from "Software Engineer" to "Computer Programmer" (which IS the same thing really).
I also reduced my vehicle's value from a round figure of a few thousand to 1 pound cheaper (i.e. 3000 to 2999). That saved a about twenty pounds.
In percentage terms, for me, this was a 20% total saving.
I am also going to let my policy lapse (while car is legally off the road etc.) and then re-purchase after a few days when my last non-fault accident claim goes out of the "accidents/claims in the last 3 years" question. That should save a few more pounds too.
Happy holidays all

One thing if you ever claim make sure you say your job title is a "Computer Programmer" not "Software Engineer" as even though they are the same thing insurance companies clearly don't think so.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

Good point.
My job title is "Analyst", industry: IT. Day-to-day all I do is write software.
I just checked through the online quote tool, and Occupation: "Computer - analyst" sees the same 50 pound saving. Will use that one instead.
