Anything that burns calories will help you to lose weight. You can either do that for free (go running/walking) or cheaply (cycling/swimming) or expensively (getting a personal trainer!).
I had a trampoline for a while - absolutely knackering! this link will help you to work out how many calories it will burn off (bearing in mind that 1lb in weight is approx 3500 cals)0 -
Trampolining is great fun, we've got an 8 foot one in the garden, my 2 girls absolutely love it and spend about an hour a day on it, the little girl next door plays on it too and so do hubby and I when we can manage to lure everyone else off, however I can never manage more than a few minutes at a time without bursting into a fit of the giggles.
I'd definitely recommend it as a way of burning calories, you really feel as though you are having a good workout, but make sure you wear a supportive bra!!0 -
I want one!
How can I fit one into my tiny one-bedroomed fifth floor flat?
Hang it off the ceiling?

The one I have is called a Rebounder, so it's not a 'proper' trampoline. If you can create the floor space, the room for storage is minimal, its legs are only about 8" long, so ours stands on its side in the hallway when not in use. You can also remove the legs for ease of transport!MinnieSpender wrote:I want one!

So far I'm happy just jigging up and down and side to side on it ...Signature removed for peace of mind0
