Just as a matter of interest. Has there ever been a case where an appeal against a PPC invoice, has had the appeal allowed by the PPC.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

There has been the occasional appeal allowed, just so they can claim that there is a proper appeals process.Just as a matter of interest. Has there ever been a case where an appeal against a PPC invoice, has had the appeal allowed by the PPC.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -
Dom managed to get a couple on one of his programmes, not saying that they only did it for good publicity of course :rolleyes:0

There have been a few mentioned on here occasionally.0

Allowing for the fact that they may just have been planted by trolls of course.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Yes, quite possibly.
Either way, they don't change my general opinion on PPCs one bit.

Going by the number of posts, the answer to my question seems to be zero or very close to it.I can afford anything that I want.

As the posts stating the appeal was allowed also say how wonderful the ppc is and they come from posters usually having a post count of under 10, you can draw your own conclusions.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

I have had over 370 appeals - all granted by the PPC's.
After all if they allow an appeal to succeed they don't get any money, so there's no harm in them allowing appeals since they are charities run to improve society.0
