    scared and sink
don't worry I think if you pay a reasonable rent for your needs and the amount of money coming in I don't think the OR will say anything
example if you both work and bring in 2000 per month and your rent is £650 I can't see that being a problem
but if only one of you work and bring home £1200 pm and you go for a £650.00 for a house that is better than the one you are leaving then he could say something.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
doesn't sound excessive to me.... you need somewhere safe to live and as long as it's not a penthouse then it'll be fine :)
  • But would you say your rented house is average or above average, are rent is gonna be £75 more than yours!!!

  • Thank you every body,so glad i came on here!!!!Are mortgage is £608 vairable and our secered loan is £320,so hoping £650 rent wont upset him,as he can use the loan towards an ipa.Ive looked at a 3 bed semi, very much like my house other than its go a conservatary. Is it me or is it mega hard finding somewhere where they hav you if your bankupt and a dog,and in a nice area and a non damp house? Also got to consider my 1 year old, thats what upsets me the most,up rooting her from her room and home :( Also the rented house i looked at was a long term lease, which i thought was goood, means we dont have to move every 6 months or whenever.

I was paying £250 mortgage £435 first charge £425 second charge £125 another charge. This was for a tiny 2 bed house
I now have a nice 3 bed house ( for 2 adult) but it has a down stairs toilet and with me being disabled it given me a bit more freedom (don't live in my bedroom when I get home from work anymore)
