Please help?? New member in need!!!

First of all thank you 4 looking,My husband and i finally decide to get advice from cccs and told us it was best to go br!!!!!!!!Totally gutted and un expected,thought we would get dmp or iva,anyway after 4 wks of tears,no sleep,hardly eating,im getting used to it,not to mean i like it though!!!We file for br next tues :eek: And is dreading the o.r!!!,what i really need help with is............The people as cccs said we would be best to walk from the house and rent as they would prob tell us to leave any way as we hav secured loan attached to our mortgage,and so they could set up an ipa.(we are in negative equity too).Looked at a house to rent today,am signing for the house next monday,but now im worried that the or may say the rent is too high???Were i live like most places theres nice areas and bad,needless to say i want to live in the nicer areas,not coz im being a snob,but my husband works away for a month and only home a week,so i want to feel safe while away.The rents not the cheapest,but not the most expensive either,what do you guys think?Can they choose how much im allowed to pay on rent???Please help,and please also tell me there light at the end of the tunnel,coz im in a dark place at the mo xxxx

    there most certainly IS light at the end of the tunnel....I know its easy to say but try not to worry Its such a huuuuge range of emotions to the lead up its no wonder your feeling like you are..we've all been there

    as far as renting? well the OR's will have an idea of rents ets in your area as long as its not sky high they'll usually be fine.

    well if thats the norm for the area your looking at then the OR usually wont bat an eyelid..rent where I am is far far far more than £650 a month (liverpool city centre)

    we are paying 575 for two of us
    that is the going rate so the OR has said nothing if that what it costs well thats what it costs

  • Oh just one more question....When you file for your own petition the cccs filled in my forms for me,but said i need to take another 3 copys??am i being dim???3c copys fo what forms?im guesing the forms they sent?do they mean i need to photo copy them all 3 times,sorry if its a really stupid question xx

  • If you can tell im soooo scared dont want to pee the o.r off!!!Do you think i should sign the contact for the rent?Like i say can get cheaper houses,but also more too!1Dont want to sign then he says thats way to much,you could rent for £150 cheaper???Hate making all the desisions,thats what happens when your husband works away!!
