Hi all,
Quick question for anyone who might know.
Due to the delay in the bank charges reclaim case, the time period that I can claim for past charges has passed.
If I make a new claim when along the lines of the OFT's latest legal wrangling will the limit still be 6 years? or will I be able to those charges that I orginally tried to get repaid?
Thanks

Was you claim in the courts or with the bank?
With regards to how long, that is an interesting question since under UTCCR 1999 there is no time limit but not sure on CCA s.140 arguments.....hmmmmm, I will hopefully come back to you on that question.0 -
Hi Natwest,
My claim oddly enough was with Natwest.0 -
Also if there was no time limit there would be a lot more I could try to reclaim0

no it was just with the bank0

The likelihood is that it might be rejected by the bank in view of the SC decision. Tomorrow's announcement by the OFT will be eagerly awaited as will the reaction and view of MSE. Watch this space I think is the optimum word.no it was just with the bank0
