I bought one of those light boxes and lights from eBay and it was rubbish- made even more shadows on the jewellery than before! So stay away from the cheap ones :-/

Have you tried taking pics against a white bath Nicki? It's supposed to be great for pictures (clean it first though lol)

I'll make sure I avoid the cheap ones then... I can't say I have tried that Yukki, but it's free so it's def worth a try, thanks for the idea. I've got the drafts of the business card and everything else tonight, they look fine so once she's sent me the real files and I've made and photographed the first 100 things I'm away yay!

I'm SO excited, I keep going mad and thinking I'll be able to quite my job (doubt it), but I've set up a facebook page for my jewellery and I was looking at one who sells similar things and has over 12,000 fans, if I'm lucky maybe that could be me one day.

I'm going to start with Etsy and hopefully get my own site after, though I'll probably keep Etsy too because I should have a decent amount of traffic going there if I've sold enough to make my own site worthwhile.

Hi Jen- welcome back you haven't missed much as you can see! How's it going at work- is that manager still being a cow?

I haven't been up to much, have done a bit of work on my website, am going to do an 'everyday' jewellery range now as well. All prepared and waiting to be put on the website. Might be going to Tiverton Market tomorrow with OH to go to the car boot but he keeps changing his mind...grrrr

Im good- went to the car boot at Tiverton on Sunday- shame it wasn't on!! Oh well never mind. Lovely and sunny but cold here today.
