Hi everything Friday was a really bad day for me and things are slippy back down that slope again!

I have been given loads of training at my new job which is fab just what i needed and why i found the old job so hard! I had no training.

My new manager said book on whatever you like which is great so i booked some courses. Very pleased. Then i spoke to my manager in the nursery where i used to work and still do a day and a half and asked if i could have the time off for training! She said yeah i don't see why no as it will be good for the nursery for me to have more training and qualifications as they will benefit. She had to check with my old manager .... Who suprise suprise has said NO!!!!!

I am really mad and i am worried about my new manager as it is making me a bit of a problem. i hope she doesn't regret employing me! I feel really crap and just when i was getting back on top things!!

Hi Jen-sorry to hear that $%&* is making your life hard still grrrr-is there any way you can leave the nursery and do more hours at your new job instead? It would be a shame to get forced out of the nursery but at least you wouldnt have to put up with the old bag.

    yeah i know

I am collecting all the information at the moment to see if i can do anything about her. problem is she is so bloody jammy she would get away with everything!!

I could leave and my new manager can offer me 10 hours which is great BUT i could do with the nursery for my foundation degree and i do really love it. I have really taken to the kids and they are all very fond of me already.

I really don't want to give her the satification of pushing me out completly. Why should i stop doing what i want to do because of her!!! Bl**dy women!!

I can't understand why i have done to cause her to be like this with me. She has really got it in for me and i dunno why

Oh god -dont know what to say to either of you for the best! Jen-no-you're right she shouldnt be able to push you out, depends if you feel strong enough to stand up to her or not. Dont let the hag grind you down hun you are doing so well.

Stacy-sorry to hear about your break up-sounds like he's a bit in denial at the mo. I'm sure he does feel upset but deleting everything is just mens way of dealing with stuff.

Stacy you'll be fine, prob better when you're living away from him, sorry to hear though, it can't be nice after such a long time together.

Jen don't give that woman the satisfaction of seeing you leave, it's prob what she wants, rise above her.

My crap news is that my mouth is STILL killing me. After going to the dentist on Friday and the dentist saying don't worry it'll go, it's got worse this morning. Really f-ing me off with the whole pain thing now.
