How to e-mail 18185?

Can anyone help please. I'm going round in circles here.
18185 have sent me an e-mail that my new invoice is due for payment. But this is an old invoice, dated 1/11/09 and paid by direct debit on 12/11/09. The presently outstanding call charges are not invoiced yet.
I'm trying to contact them to point this out, but when I go through all the contact us options, I'm directed to a FAQ page which answers the questions asked, but there is no follow through link to contact 18185 when you need an answer to your particular query.
I've searched this forum and found the contact problem mentioned before, but no one seems to have given a solution.

I had the same this morning. IIRC, it's also happened before.
As long as the allegedly new bill is one you've already paid (as mine was), just ignore it.
You could always try emailing them via their website though:

Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
Yes my current invoice which as been billed says 1/11/09!!!!
They took November's bill in November, so I just ignored it.
They just take the money sometime.0 -

Dear customer,
Please disregard the email invoice that was resent as it would have been sent to you in error. Your account is up to date and in good standing.
Kind regards,

Thanks for the help. I'll just ignore the e-mail received and watch my bank account carefully.
When I checked my account on 18185 website I noticed an envelope icon against the November invoice, so maybe this is causing the problems.0 -

Thanks for your link to customer services. I can access through this link, but how did you get to it from 18185 home page? When I select the 'contact' option all I get is put through to the FAQ section and no link after that.
Anyway, I made a note of your link in case there are any further questions.0 -
You have to go via the 'Contact' link on the top line, then via 'Contact customer services (Please click here)' and finally, via the 'To report a fault' link. Thanks for your link to customer services.
