Cahoot Monthly Payment Problem - Mim paymeny only taken AGAIN!

To cut a long story short, for security reasons I used my cahoot card on the net to buy a bike rather than my switch with the intention of paying it off straight away.
My regular repayment is set to (or should be) pay the balance fully and until further notice and as been for months. But not for the first time they have taken the minimum balance only and looking at my account page this now shows minimum payment to be taken. I yet again have contacted them and look forward to the standard text book answer.
My question is, as anybody else had this problem with them?
PS: The bike transaction was 10 working days ago.
