Barclaycard - Positive balance

If I have a positive balance on my Barclaycard, can I transfer this to my current account?

Phone them. If the balance is small or you are lucky, they will send you a cheque or transfer the money to your current account.

My wife was re-credited to her current account when she accidently paid Barclaycard instead of one of her other credit cards. They seem quite reasonable about this sort of thing, she just phoned and asked, but they might take a different view if the money came from a balance transfer (presumably they can quite easily find the originating account number)
